Dr. Ernest Uwazie is a professor and chair for the Division of
Criminal Justice at Sacramento State. Dr. Uwazie is also the
director of the Center for African Peace and Conflict Resolution,
College of Health and Human Services at Sacramento State.
Dr. Torence Powell is an urban planner, educator, and native of
South Sacramento
